Welcome to the Main House - the original Sam’s Guest Houses property, built in 1941! The Main House was built Sam Arena, an Italian immigrant whose family made a place in this country by providing shoe repair for miners and their families throughout Northfork and surrounding communities. The quaint charm and subtle quirks of this guest house will make you feel like you're stepping back in time. This place feels like home, and after a couple of nights, you'll feel like you have lived there for years! The Main House can accommodate up to 10 people. Guests will enjoy two bathrooms, four bedrooms, a full-sized living room on the main level, a full eat-in kitchen, a dining room, WIFI, and a washer and dryer. Additionally, each room is beautifully furnished and features a Smart TV. Outside, guests enjoy relaxing by the fire ring in our Adirondack chairs. The patio is a perfect place to BBQ after a full day of riding the trails! There is plenty of parking, including your own garage.
